As Favour and Care continues to grow and evolve, we are excited to introduce members of our administration team who help support participants, families and staff every day.

Many participants may already recognise some familiar voices over the phone, while others may be meeting our administration team for the first time. Our team works hard behind the scenes to ensure communication, coordination and support continue smoothly across the organisation.

Meet Rejoice

Rejoice recently relocated from Auckland, New Zealand to Melbourne and has enjoyed connecting with many participants through phone conversations since joining Favour and Care earlier this year. With previous experience in court support work, referrals coordination and donations coordination, Rejoice brings valuable experience and a welcoming presence to the team.

Meet Tina

Tina has been with Favour and Care for over four years and plays an important role coordinating the administration team and supporting staff operations. Tina enjoys helping vulnerable people within the community and values working alongside the Favour and Care team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Meet Zoe

Zoe has worked in administration for several years and has developed strong knowledge within the NDIS and disability support sector. Zoe is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology and has a strong passion for understanding people, mental health awareness and creative expression.
