Community Support & Participation
Our Community Support service supports individuals with disabilities to connect, engage and participate in their community through transport support and personalised assistance. Whether it’s meeting new people, exploring local places or taking part in meaningful activities, we’re here to make every outing accessible, enjoyable and empowering.
Assistance with Travel & Transport
Our Travel and Transport Assistance service provides safe, reliable and person-centred support to help NDIS participants get to appointments, community activities and everyday destinations. Each journey is tailored to individual needs, ensuring comfort, punctuality and peace of mind.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
We offer Short Term Accommodation that gives participants a safe and welcoming place to unwind, socialise and explore new opportunities. Choose from a variety of well-equipped, secure homes across Victoria, thoughtfully designed to support people with diverse needs.
Assistance with Daily Living
Our Assistance with Daily Living service supports NDIS participants with personal care and everyday activities, helping to enhance independence and overall quality of life. We provide tailored, respectful support based on each individual’s needs, preferences and goals, including assistance with hygiene, domestic tasks, cleaning and other daily activities, delivered in the comfort of your home or a setting of your choice.
Support Coordination
At Favour and Care, our Support Coordination service is designed to help NDIS participants understand and make the most of their plans by connecting them with the right supports and services. We recognise that navigating the NDIS can be complex, and our experienced team is here to guide you every step of the way, while building your confidence and capacity to manage your supports independently.
Recovery Coaching
At Favour and Care, our Recovery Coaching service supports individuals to build confidence, improve wellbeing and work towards a more independent and fulfilling life. Drawing on professional expertise, we help you understand and manage challenges, including behaviours of concern, while working together to develop positive strategies that support your goals and overall recovery journey.
Group Centre Activities
At Favour and Care, our Group Centre Activities are designed to support NDIS participants in building social connections, developing skills and engaging in meaningful experiences. We offer a range of activities tailored to individual interests, abilities and support needs, creating a safe and inclusive environment where participants can grow in confidence, enjoy new experiences and feel connected to their community.
Plan Management
At Favour and Care, our Plan Management service is designed to simplify the financial side of your NDIS plan, giving you greater choice and control over your supports. We handle tasks such as processing invoices, tracking budgets and managing payments, while keeping you informed every step of the way so you can focus on achieving your goals with confidence.
