2026 has brought exciting new changes to Favour and Care as we continue growing and improving the services and support we provide to our participants, families and community.

We are proud to announce the launch of our new and improved website, designed to better reflect the quality of our services and provide easier access to important information, referrals, service details and ongoing updates.

In addition to the website launch, Favour and Care has also relocated to a new head office in Point Cook. Our new office space allows us to better support participants, families, staff and the wider community while continuing to build meaningful relationships and deliver quality disability support services.

We are also introducing a new internal training system for staff. This new learning platform will help staff maintain skills, compliance and participant-specific training requirements more efficiently while supporting ongoing professional development.

As Favour and Care continues to grow, we are excited to welcome and introduce members of our administration team who help support the daily operations of the organisation and ensure quality service delivery for participants and families.
